For Order Placement

  • Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email & Whatsapp as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and WhatsApp you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email & Whatsapp will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order by email/call/Whatsapp.
  • Astaberry does not ship outside India at the moment.

Shipment Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Gurgaon through our authorized logistic partner within 48 hours after the order is placed.
  • The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 5 to 8 working days for Metro cities and 8 to 12 working days for Non-Metros from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
  • Since the transactions are authorised by the cardholder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
  • We are not responsible for damage to products after delivery.
  • You can ask for the tracking details via WhatsApp or e-mail.

Order Cancellation

  • For safety reasons, orders cannot be cancelled and refunded once ordered.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Out-of-Stock Products

  • Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for despatch to the buyer. However in case the same is not available for any reason, we will contact you within 2 business days and give you the option to exchange, delay or cancel the order based on your convenience.
  • IBPL Online Store will always try to update the product inventory and make minimum chances of getting the product out of stock.

Shipping Policy:

  • All orders shipped from our Gurgaon warehouse will take their respective time in delivery.
  • Worldly Goods are required to be signed for at the time of delivery. If the consignee is not physically available at the time of delivery then please suggest any alternate person i.e. neighbour, family member, friend, colleague etc. However, IBPL is not responsible for the goods signed by any alternate person.

Pricing Policy

  • The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.
  • All prices on this website are processed in Indian Currency (INR) and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.
  • All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.
  • Our products are liable for GST in India.

  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments

When will I be eligible to exchange the product?

We do request that you give our products a fair trial. When it comes to skincare, results are rarely instantaneous, specially if your skin has been unhappy for a while. We recommend using our products for at least one full skin life-cycle, which typically spans 28 days. So, follow the provided product instructions,
exercise patience, and maintain consistency.

If, after a proper trial, you believe our products haven't made a difference to your skin. You will be eligible to exchange the product.

What is the procedure for exchanging the Product?

please send us an email at care@astaberry.com with the subject line -Exchange the product request or call us at 1800-572-8100, Provide the order number and return the products to us. & we will initiate the process in 48-72 hours.

In How many days can I expect to receive a revert from you?

We will try to get back to you within 24-48 hours on the next steps. If there is a weekend/ public holiday, revert can take up to 4 days.

In how many days can I expect the product exchange?

Once the process is complete, please expect to exchange the product within 5-7 working days.

Can I exchange my product with any other product on the website?

Yes, you can exchange your product with any other product but both the product price should be the same.

Can I claim a exchange If I buy your products from a marketplace?

At the moment, the offer is only valid for purchases made through our website.

Can I request a refund for a Free Product?

At the moment, free products are not eligible under this offer.

Till When can we avail Exchange-Offer?

There is no specific decided date to discontinue the program, we want all our users to shop our products confidently. Though Astaberry Indulge reserves the right to cease the campaign at any time without any prior notice. 

If a conflict arises, how will it be handled?

We will try our best from our end to resolve all concerns. In case of a conflict, the final decision lies with Astaberry Indulge.
